PhotoShop-d > Kimberly Teichrow  > Portfolio > My Lessons in Photoshop
Post Photosho World 2008, I'm finding I'm having a long of fun testing out images, and developing a style, for better or worse, in image enhancement. Here are some trials and errors. While I come from a graphic design background, my recent challenges have been how to use Photoshop for photography, rather than design. I'm finding it takes some time to develop an artistic eye purely for photography, without design elements. I'm sure this is a bit elementary for some... but I'm happy with my progress!

Kimberly Teichrow > I was honored to be at this incredible moment... and had shot the entire event with the lens that I'd been used to shooting with. I had a new 50mm 1.4 in my bag, BUT I felt the focal length was prohibitive in these tight quarters to really be able to shoot the entire event. This was shot with my old D80.
Kimberly Teichrow > The camera was set to the exact same settings (White Balance, ISO, and Shutter Speed). I couldn't get over the difference. Same ISO, practically no noise. This was shot with my old D80.
